Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using YuCirva: our website at yucirva.pages.dev, the member area, and the YuCirva Android app. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use YuCirva.

In these terms, "YuCirva", "we" and "us" mean the team that runs YuCirva from Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. "You" means anyone who uses YuCirva.

1. What YuCirva is

YuCirva helps adults in Bengaluru make friends nearby. Members can find people with shared interests, connect when both agree, chat, and meet in small groups called circles. YuCirva is for friendship only. It is not a dating service.

2. Who can use YuCirva

• You must be 21 or older.
• You must give your real name and true date of birth, and use your own Google account.
• You may have only one account. You can't use YuCirva if we have removed you before.

3. Verification

Before you can connect, chat or join circles, our team checks your identity with a government photo ID, in person or through a trusted verification provider. We may refuse or remove verification if details don't match, or for safety reasons. Verification confirms who you are and your age. It is not a background or criminal check, and it does not guarantee how anyone will behave.

4. How you must behave

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, bully, stalk or discriminate against anyone;
• use YuCirva for dating, sexual content, or to pressure anyone into a relationship;
• sell, advertise, recruit for multi-level marketing, or ask members for money;
• pretend to be someone else, or create fake or duplicate accounts;
• share another member's personal details, messages or photos without their permission;
• post anything illegal, hateful, violent or misleading;
• try to break, copy, scrape or misuse YuCirva or its data.

We may remove content, pause or close accounts, and cancel circles that break these rules, with or without notice.

5. Meeting people safely

You are responsible for your own safety when you meet anyone from YuCirva. Meet in public places first, tell a friend where you're going, and leave if you feel uncomfortable. Use Report and Block in the app whenever something feels wrong, and contact the police in an emergency (dial 112). We review every report, but we do not supervise meetups and are not responsible for what members do online or offline.

6. Circles

Hosts choose who joins their circle. New circles are checked by our team before others can see them. Hosts must choose public, safe meeting places and must not charge members money unless YuCirva has agreed to it.

7. Premium and payments

• YuCirva is free to use. YuCirva Premium is optional and adds extra features, which are described on the Premium page.
• Premium costs ₹149 for one month or ₹999 for one year, including any applicable taxes. Prices shown at checkout are final.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Premium does not renew automatically. It ends on the date shown in your account unless you pay again.
• Founding members may receive Premium free for a limited time. We can end the founding offer at any time, but we won't take away founding Premium you have already claimed, unless your account is removed for breaking these terms.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

8. Your account and data

You can update your profile any time, and ask for a copy of your data or deletion of your account from your Profile. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep YuCirva running and safe, but it is provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for the actions of members or anyone you meet. If we are found responsible for a loss, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as YuCirva grows. If we make important changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they apply. If you keep using YuCirva after that, you accept the new terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Please contact us first, because most problems can be solved quickly.
