Refunds and cancellation

YuCirva is free to use. This policy applies only to optional YuCirva Premium payments.

1. No automatic renewal

Premium is a one-time payment for 1 month (₹149) or 1 year (₹999). It never renews automatically, and we never charge you again without you choosing to pay. There's nothing to cancel: Premium simply ends on the date shown in your account.

2. Change your mind within 7 days

If you're not happy with Premium, email us within 7 days of paying and we'll refund the full amount. Your Premium ends when the refund is made.

3. After 7 days

After 7 days we don't refund unused time, but your Premium stays active until its end date. Exceptions are listed below.

4. Always refunded in full

• if you were charged twice for the same payment;
• if money was taken but Premium didn't start and we can't fix it within 2 working days;
• if we close YuCirva, or stop Premium, before your paid time ends. In that case we refund the unused part.

5. Accounts removed for breaking the rules

If we remove an account for breaking our Terms of Use, for example harassment or fake identity, its Premium ends and is not refunded.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email teamtheybdc@gmail.com from the email you use on YuCirva, with the payment date and amount. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, and usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
